Additions
- Added Creative Key item that can lock and unlock all lockable objects.
- Added Creative Bind Breaker item that can reset the bindings of any lockable object.
- Added Creative Restraint Cutter item that can remove all restraints off of a player.
- Added the item tag "can_reinforce_padlock" so users can replace the item used to reinforce padlocks, multiple entries are supported.
- Each restraint's durability can now be changed via the server config.
Fixes
- Fixed an error on servers allowing locked blocks to be accessed while holding any key.
- A player's chat messages are now "muffled" when duck tape is on their head.

- Revamped escorting, the escorting player now drags the escorted player around with them as they move.
NOTE: now to escort right click a restrained player with an empty hand. and to remove a restraint that doesn't require a key, crouch+right click.

- Player's whos head is restrained can now be put into a pillory.
- Reinforced padlocks now drop the diamond when their block is destroyed.
- Padlocks can no longer be put on cell doors.
- Fixed a crash when a chained entity died by suffocation.
- Shackles when on arms no longer restrict item use and inventory access.
- Shackles when on legs no longer restrict movement, but still restricts sprinting and jumping.
- Added a missing recipe for the bunk.
- Adjusted the recipe for cell bars gap to make it more affordable than the cell bars.

+ Completely reworked handcuffs, now referred to as restraints:
- Added Two types of Restraints for hands and legs, leg restraints prevent movement while arm restraints prevent interacting and breaking blocks
- Added mutliple types of Restraints for both hands and legs, each perform differently
- Added multiple Restraint Enchantments including: Unbreaking, Curse of Binding, Imbue, Famine, Shroud, Exhaust, Silence, and Bouyant
- Added the ability to Escort restrained players, allowing captors to force them to ride entities
- Reworked break-out mechanic, all restraints have a set durability and spamming the movement keys (for leg restraints) or the interact/attack keys (for arm restraints) will slowly wear them down
- Added proper models and animations for all restraints

- Handcuffed players can no longer scroll in their hotbar with the number keys.
- Fixed progress freezing after disconnecting while getting handcuffed.

- Make padlock hitbox shorter for easier access to locked blocks.

- Padlocks now drop a padlock item when breaking with no block under it.
- Rearranged creative menu for better usability.
- Removed chain neck overlay when anchored, there is animation to replace this.
- Fixed lang file not including UI text and command responses.
